Responsibilities
- Manage daily kitchen production for timely service of resident meals.
- Ensure accuracy and quality in food preparation, following recipes and safety guidelines.
- Supervise culinary staff, including training and scheduling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years full-service culinary experience.
- 6 months of supervisory experience.
- Certified culinary program graduate preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperatures.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
