About the Shop Foreman / Lead Diesel Mechanic Position
As a Lead Fleet Technician at First Student, you will schedule and perform school bus fleet maintenance, diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems, supervise technicians, generate work orders, and maintain service records.
- Lead fleet technician qualifications include a valid driver's license, 5+ years of maintenance experience or technical school education, previous supervisory experience, ASE certification willingness, and a mechanic's tool set.
