As a Medication Care Manager, you will administer medications and treatments with the highest degree of quality care and services to our residents. Your role involves medication administration, documentation, resident care, and adherence to Sunrise Senior Living's mission and standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments safely and efficiently.
• Document medication administration accurately.
• Communicate resident care concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety and risk management protocols.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to remain calm and handle multiple priorities effectively.
