1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with team members and leadership to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
