Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Nurse Manager to join our team at Northwest Hospital's Emergency Department. This is a full-time position on the night shift, 7:00pm-3:30am, with a sign-on bonus potential of up to $20,000. As an Assistant Nurse Manager, you will oversee the coordination of resources to ensure quality service for our patients, in line with the hospital's mission and philosophy.
Responsibilities
- Provide 24-hour accountability for resource coordination.
- Assess patient status and implement clinical nursing interventions.
- Ensure quality service delivery to all customers.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent working knowledge.
- Bachelor's in Nursing with National Certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License, CPR and BLS Certification.
