Job Description
Centria Autism is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As the largest provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), we are dedicated to helping every child achieve their goals through high-quality therapy and support.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight to drive optimal outcomes.
- Train and manage a team of Behavior Technicians.
- Develop behavior plans and engage parents in therapy.
- Attend corporate meetings and provide supervision for staff seeking certification.
- Promote Centria's mission and values, and pursue growth opportunities.
Requirements
- BCBA certification.
- Experience in ABA therapy and behavior analysis.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
