Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented CT Technologist to join our team on a full-time basis during the night shift. As a CT Technologist at Corewell Health, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic CT exams using specialized imaging equipment. Your role will involve ensuring high-quality imaging, providing excellent patient care, and adhering to radiation safety principles.
Responsibilities
- Verify patient identification and physician orders.
- Produce accurate and clear CT images while prioritizing patient safety.
- Educate patients and their families about procedures.
- Operate CT equipment proficiently and conduct quality control tests.
- Collaborate with medical staff and ensure efficient workflow.
Requirements
- Graduate of a JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- Certification by ARRT with CT certification (required within 1 year of hire).
- Basic Life Support Certification for Healthcare Providers.
- 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred.
