Salary: $99,000.00-$136,200.00 Annual

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Identify and mitigate facility risk exposures.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.
- Develop and mentor staff, conduct safety training, and establish safety committees.
- Drive continuous improvement in environmental monitoring and data management.
- Manage industrial process wastewaters, hazardous waste, and waste reduction efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulatory standards (OSHA, EPA, NFPA).
- Strong organizational, training, and analytical skills.
- Leadership abilities to direct personnel and implement safety initiatives.
- Availability for on-call duties and occasional travel.
