Lead Caregiver

Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As the Lead Care Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting a group of Care Managers to ensure quality care and services are provided to our residents. This role involves leading by example, supporting team members in daily activities, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory support to Care Managers by managing shift attendance, call-offs, and shift requests.
• Ensure residents receive personalized care services as per their Individualized Service Plans.
• Support team members in meal service and hospitality standards during dining.
• Accurately document care provided and ensure compliance with timekeeping policies.
• Participate in crossover meetings and maintain a safe environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Medication Management Certificate required.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors and leadership competencies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Competent in computer skills and time management.
