Responsibilities
- Perform quality diagnostic exams following verification of patient identification and physician order.
- Acquire accurate patient history and document in the medical record.
- Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety.
- Operate diagnostic imaging equipment proficiently and apply ALARA standards for radiation exposure minimization.
- Contribute to department operations by assisting fellow employees and staying compliant with quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- CRT-Radiographer (R) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist upon hire required.
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association upon hire required.
