General Summary
As a Radiology Technologist at Corewell Health, you will perform accurate and efficient diagnostic exams in all areas of general radiology, ensuring the best possible images for interpretation. Apply principles of radiation protection, comply with regulations, and provide exceptional patient and family-centered care.
Essential Duties
- Perform quality diagnostic exams, acquire patient history, and monitor patient safety.
- Effectively communicate and operate diagnostic imaging equipment.
- Provide procedural information/education to patients and contribute to department operations.
- Maintain competency in assigned areas and assist in training new hires.
Qualifications
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- CRT-Radiographer (R), Radiologic Technologist Registration, and Basic Life Support certification required.
