Job Description
We are excited to announce a full-time opportunity for a Radiology Technologist at Corewell Health. Join our collaborative team and play a crucial role in providing accurate and efficient diagnostic exams in general radiology. As a Radiology Technologist, you will ensure patient safety, communicate effectively with staff and patients, operate diagnostic imaging equipment, and maintain compliance with quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality diagnostic exams while following established protocols.
- Acquire accurate patient history and ensure patient safety during procedures.
- Effectively communicate with various departments and provide patient education.
- Maintain equipment, cleanliness, and compliance with standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- CRT-R and CRT-BLS certifications required.
- Proficiency in operating hospital computer systems.
- Experience in training students/new hires is a plus.
