General Summary
As a Radiology Technologist at Corewell Health, you will perform accurate diagnostic exams in various radiology areas, ensuring patient safety and quality imaging. You will uphold our philosophy of Patient and Family Centered Care through compassionate and professional service.
Essential Duties
- Perform quality diagnostic exams with proper patient identification.
- Monitor patient safety during procedures.
- Effectively communicate with medical staff and peers.
- Proficiently operate diagnostic imaging equipment and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Provide patient education and assistance.
- Assist in training new hires and students.
- Maintain competency in all assigned radiology areas.
Qualifications
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- CRT-Radiographer and CRT-Basic Life Support certification required.
