Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiology Technologist for a Full-Time position at Corewell Health. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in performing accurate diagnostic exams in various areas of general radiology, while upholding the highest standards of patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality diagnostic exams following patient identification and physician orders.
- Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety.
- Operate diagnostic imaging equipment proficiently and ensure proper maintenance.
- Follow principles of radiation protection and comply with regulations.
- Provide patient education and procedural information.
- Assist in training new hires and students.
Qualifications
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- Certifications: CRT-Radiographer (R) - ARRT, CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration, CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA.
