Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Dietitian to join the team at Grace Medical Center, part of LifeBridge Health. In this full-time position, you will provide essential services and education to dialysis patients and caregivers, supporting their nutritional well-being in accordance with health regulations and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Assess nutritional status and develop tailored nutrition plans.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling based on individual needs.
- Monitor and adjust nutrition interventions based on patient progress.
- Participate in interdisciplinary care plans and continuous quality improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or Dietetics.
- Registered Dietitian status with Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- State Licensure in Maryland or facility location.
- Minimum of two years of professional work experience as a Registered Dietitian.
