Special Procedure Tech

Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of Special Procedure Tech at Corewell Health. As a Special Procedure Tech, you will provide direct care and support for patients undergoing Heart and/or Vascular procedures, delivering quality patient-centered care and assisting physicians throughout the process. This role involves monitoring patients, performing procedures, documenting information, and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for patients undergoing Heart and/or Vascular procedures.
• Assist physicians during procedures and ensure patient safety.
• Document procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Adhere to Corewell Health standards and guidelines.

Requirements

• Completion of accredited radiography or cardiovascular technologist program.
• Previous clinical experience in EP, Cath Lab, or IR.
• Certifications including BLS, ACLS, and relevant RT certifications.
