We are seeking a Special Procedure Tech to join our team at Corewell Health. As part of the medical team, you will provide direct care to patients undergoing Heart and/or Vascular procedures, ensuring quality patient-focused services.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during procedures and deliver patient/family centered care.
- Perform IV starts, patient preparations, hemodynamics monitoring, and equipment operation.
- Document procedures, manage vascular access sites, and provide patient/family education.
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited radiography or cardiovascular technologist program.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in EP, Cath Lab, or IR.
- Active BLS certification and additional certifications based on specialization.
