Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Universal Banker to join our team at International State Bank of Raton. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with financial transactions, opening accounts, and providing information on our products and services. Building strong customer relationships and meeting sales targets are key aspects of this position.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with various banking transactions and inquiries.
- Open new consumer and business accounts, including supporting products and services.
- Cross-sell banking products to customers based on their needs.
- Meet or exceed sales and referral goals.
- Ensure compliance with bank regulations and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, teller, new accounts, or loan processing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and autonomously.
